- Please tell us about your business outline.
- Import, export and sales of dental instrument.
- What made you decide to contact us?
- It all started when we were looking for a domestic drill and found DENTECH. Together with the former president of DENTECH (then executive director), we created the PLATON IMPLANT System. We had been developing implant drills before we started PLATON JAPAN Co.,LTD.
- What concerns did you face before contacting us?
- Since this was the first product, everything was a challenge. We heard clinical opinions and made prototypes each time to confirm them.
- Why did you decide to work with us?
- There were two deciding factors. The first factor was that the sharpness was very good. We think it's because DENTECH had the know-how and craftsmanship of making blades. The second factor was that the material was also good. We could make Rust-free product. For mass production, we also applied titanium coating. PLATON JAPAN was the first company to apply titanium coating in DENTECH.
- What are your impressions of our services and products?
- DENTECH's humble approach to development, incorporating the opinions of users, has established a relationship of trust. The introduction of new machine tools was also very good, and we were able to work with DENTECH in a positive manner.
- What are your expectations of us in the future?
- We believe that DENTECH is definitely working on the style of absorbing the needs of customers and cooperating to commercialize original products. However, it would be great if you ask our opinions about the cost of prototyping. We would like you to be more flexible on a case-by-case basis, anticipating mass production profits, rather than a fixed amount each time.
