This instrument is used for orthodontic treatment.
It is attached and fixed to the teeth by brazing to the ferulle or by bending the wire.
This product has unique features such as a screw return prevention mechanism and a hinge.
We have made various innovations in response to our customers’ requests. In particular, the screw return prevention mechanism has been patented by our company.

- Please tell us about your business outline.
- We provide orthodontic materials, technical materials for making dentures, and medical instruments used in medical treatment. Most of our products are sold directly to dentists, but we also distribute to dealers at the request of dentists. For orthodontics, we import products from a German company and sell them.
- What made you decide to contact us?
- The one imported from overseas did not have a screw for enlargement. After hearing requests from dentists and our parent company, we internally decided to have a meeting with DENTECH After meeting with the person in charge at DENTECH and we concluded give it a try.
- What concerns did you face before contacting us?
- We had a goal to manufacture products in Japan. There were no other companies in Japan that made expansion screws, and they were all imported, so we were looking for a domestic products and came across DENTECH.
- Why did you decide to work with us?
- We had heard about DENTECH that they were a reliable company from our parent company. We had the impression that they were excellent at processing small parts, and were able to work flexibly on products for the dental industry.
- What are your impressions of our services and products?
- We have heard from many dentists that the Feather Screw is indispensable. In the past, we had to process screws that were not specially designed, and we felt that we had reached our limits, but DENTECH suggested us to process in various ways including adding hinges. The efficiency of the treatment has been improved, and the dentists are very satisfied with it.
- What are your expectations of us in the future?
- Since the products are placed in the mouth, it would be nice if the quality could be maintained and improved. It would be a prombem if the quality of the products are unstable, but since the treatment is done by the dentists, we believe that the quality of the products are good. We would like to request DENTECH to maintain the quality of the products.
